1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Al Qurra ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Al Qurra is a Quran recitation platform that allows users to discover reciters, listen to Quran recitations, create playlists, and track their listening progress. The service is provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is not genuine Quran recitation or Islamic content
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious files or code

5. Content & Copyright

Quran recitations are sacred content. By uploading recitations, you represent that:

• You are the original reciter or have permission to upload the content
• The content is a genuine recitation of the Quran
• You grant Al Qurra a non-exclusive license to host and stream your recitation

CDN audio content from Quran.com is used under their respective terms and is attributed to its original sources.

6. Account Types

Al Qurra offers four account types:

• Listener: Browse, listen, create playlists, and follow reciters
• Reciter: All listener features plus the ability to upload recitations
• Reviewer: Review and approve uploaded recitations
• Admin: Full platform management capabilities

7. Content Moderation

Uploaded recitations are subject to review before being made publicly available. Al Qurra reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Al Qurra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to interruptions in service, data loss, or inaccuracies in content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at alqurra@hibeex.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
